Greg Lawton

Managing Director, Co-Head of Investor Relations

Mr. Lawton joined Strategic Value Partners in 2022 and is the Co-Head of Investor Relations focused on developing investor relationships across North America. Previously, Mr. Lawton was the Co-Head of Investor Relations at Crescent Capital Group where he led capital development and fundraising activities and was responsible for managing strategic relationships with institutional investors focusing on financial institutions globally. Mr. Lawton also served on Crescent Capital’s management committee. Prior to joining Crescent Capital, Mr. Lawton spent several years at Wells Fargo Bank in various banking roles, including in the capital markets and asset management businesses. Mr. Lawton is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario Canada and earned an MBA from Pepperdine University.
