Paul Fox

Mr. Fox is a member of the European investment team and an operating partner working across a number of portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Strategic Value Partners in 2022, Mr. Fox was Group Vice President of Tax, Customs & Insurance at Klockner Pentaplast, where he ran Klockner Pentaplast’s global strategy for tax, customs, insurance and sat on the Finance Leadership Team. Mr. Fox held various senior management roles across corporate finance, tax and treasury in industry, including the Global Head of Tax at Ferguson plc as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and various senior roles at Diageo plc. He started his career at EY in the international tax team advising multinational companies on their global tax and cash management strategies.

Mr. Fox is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants and a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He also holds a BSocSC Joint Honors degree in Economics and Planning from the University of Birmingham.
