Prior to Davidson Kempner, Mr. Shore was a Principal in the Ares US Real Estate Equity team. He began his career in London, as an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS, and later as a Senior Associate at Real Estate Venture Capital Management.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Sánchez was a Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and a Director within the turnaround and restructuring practice at AlixPartners.
Mr. Sánchez holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Deusto and an MBA from ESCP Business School. He has also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, The Wharton School, and London Business School.

Before TDR Capital, Mr. Paepegaey worked at Mount Kellett Capital Management, Providence Equity and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Paepegaey started his career as an adviser for technology, energy and telecommunications to the French President.
Mr. Paepegaey holds an MSc in Management with a Finance major from HEC Paris Business School.

Mr. Horiike is a Managing Director and a member of the Investor Relations Team, responsible for developing the Firm’s Japan business, with a focus on sourcing and Investor Relations. Before joining SVP, Mr. Horiike was the Head of Japan Marketing at Oaktree Capital Management. Before Oaktree, Mr. Horiike served in various Sales leadership roles at Siguler Guff Company, BNY Mellon Asset Management, and Gordon Brothers Japan. Earlier in his career, Mr. Horiike was with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Ernst & Young.
He earned his MSc in Financial Law from University College London and his BA in Business Law from Kyoto University.

Prior to Goldman Sachs, he held various roles at Healthpeak Properties in Los Angeles and Nashville. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS.

Mr. Weaver was also with TPG from 2011 to 2015 where he led the firm’s capital raising in the real estate sector. He joined Morgan Stanley in New York in 1986 and spent twenty years in its Fixed Income division in London, heading coverage of Central Banks & official institutions, MENA, & UK based asset managers. He later moved to Dubai in 2007 where he built Morgan Stanley’s Sales & Trading operations. Mr. Kayello remains a senior advisor to Morgan Stanley and Vice Chairman of Morgan Stanley Saudi Arabia.

Before joining SVP, Mr. Panjwani led Alternative Consultant Relations for Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Prior to that, he held relationship management and capital formation roles at Varagon Capital Partners, Invesco Ltd. and Chenavari Financial Group. Previously, Mr. Panjwani was a client portfolio manager at Och-Ziff Capital Management (Sculptor) where he led the firm’s strategic relationships in Credit and Real Estate strategies.
He began his career at BlackRock as a product specialist and later moved to BlackRock’s Financial Markets Advisory business to manage the firm’s relationship with the New York Fed on the Maiden Lane Programs established during the Financial Crisis.

Ms. Nunes is a Managing Director and member of the European Operating team. Prior to joining SVP, Ms. Nunes spent more than 5 years as an operating partner at Centerbridge Partners, developing and implementing comprehensive talent practices across the portfolio. Prior to Centerbridge, Ms. Nunes spent 18 years at General Electric in senior HR leadership roles in the Industrial and Financial Services sectors, working in Latin America, North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Ms. Price is Head of Tax Structuring, leading tax structuring for complex investments across diverse asset classes. Prior to this, she was a Director and Tax Executive at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, leading in-house tax advisory for Global Capital Markets and Investment Banking. She started her career as an attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell.

Prior to joining SVP, Ms. D’Ambrosio was Head of Real Estate Debt Asset Management at Barings. Prior to that, Ms. D’Ambrosio was an Executive Vice President at Thor Equities where she was responsible for asset management across the European and American platforms.

Mr. Gault is an investment banker and investor and is the founding partner of the investment firm Barville & Co, formed in 2016. He is also one of the founding partners of Perella Weinberg Partners, a global financial services firm set up in 2006 offering financial advisory and asset management services. He began his career in 1982 at Compagnie Financière de Suez before joining Morgan Stanley in 1988 where he went on to serve as Directeur Général of the bank’s Paris office and European head of its private equity fund, Morgan Stanley Capital Partners.
Mr. Gault is an engineer from Ecole Centrale Paris and holds a degree from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.

Deann Morgan is a member of SVP funds’ Advisory Council and is primarily involved with Investor Relations, focusing on SVP’s private wealth strategy.
Prior to joining SVP, Ms. Morgan served as EVP, Head of Global Product, and member of the Management Committee for Nuveen, responsible for overseeing product as well as a $1bn seed capital portfolio. Prior to that, Ms. Morgan led her own consultancy, advising investment firms on FinTech, alternatives and wealth management strategy. Ms. Morgan had previously held leadership seats including COO of Multi-Asset Solutions at The Blackstone Group and CEO of Merrill Lynch Alternative Investments. She was also active in investment banking and strategic consulting to financial institutions throughout Asia for Merrill Lynch and Booz-Allen & Hamilton, respectively.
Ms. Morgan graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance/International Business from the University of Michigan (High Distinction) and holds an MBA in Finance, Business Economics, International Business from the University of Chicago (High Honors). Ms. Morgan is a CFA charterholder.

Mr. Sokol is a Director and member of the North American Investment Team, with a particular focus on restructurings involving bankruptcies, administrations, workouts and litigations.
Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Sokol was an associate in the restructuring group at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where he represented debtors, banks, funds, asset purchasers and other strategic parties in a wide range of corporate restructuring matters. Mr. Sokol clerked for the Hon. Judge Lane in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Ms. Canavan is a Director, Associate General Counsel and Co-Deputy Chief Compliance Officer with a focus on legal transaction management and regulatory matters for the firm. Ms. Canavan also serves as the SMF16 Head of Compliance for Strategic Value Partners (UK) LLP.
Prior to joining SVP, Ms. Canavan was part of the legal and tax team at Macquire Infrastructure and Real Assets, part of Macquarie Funds Group, in New York City and the Company Secretarial team of Macquarie Group Limited in Sydney, Australia. Ms. Canavan started her career as an Associate at a general practice law firm in Ireland.
Ms. Canavan holds a Bachelor of Laws in Law from the University of Limerick and a Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Law Society of Ireland and was subsequently admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland, England, and Wales and to the New York bar.

Mr. Pereira-Mendoza has focused on leveraged finance for his entire career in a variety of roles; he held roles at Credit Suisse from 2000 to 2023, having rejoined the bank in 2000 upon its merger with Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette. Prior to Credit Suisse, he started his career at NatWest Markets from 1994-1998.

Mr. Pius is a Managing Director in the Capital Markets team and is responsible for European financing / capital markets activities.
Prior to joining Strategic Value Partners in 2023, Mr. Pius was an investment banker at Barclays in London. Mr. Pius joined Barclays in 2008 and was most recently a Managing Director in the European Leveraged Finance team, where he was focused on the origination of high yield bond and leveraged loan transactions for financial sponsors and sub-investment grade corporates.

Mr. Walshe is a member of the North American investment team and is an operating professional. Prior to joining SVP in 2022, Mr. Walshe was the architect and leader of the portfolio operations team at Sightway Capital, a Two Sigma company. While at Sightway, he focused on due diligence, value creation and financial transformation across a portfolio of financial services and real asset companies. In addition, he was a member of the valuation and ESG committees. Prior to Sightway, Mr. Walshe was a member of Marlin Equity’s portfolio operations group and served various finance leadership functions across Marlin’s portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Walshe was a senior consultant with PwC and A&M in their respective transaction advisory practices.

Ms. Anderson currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Hudson Square Business Improvement District.

Mr. Kinderlerer is a Managing Director, Chief Risk Officer and Co-Head of the Responsible Investment Committee. He oversees Risk Management and Treasury for the Firm and across SVP’s funds.
Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Kinderlerer was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, where he was Co-head of Risk Management for the Bank’s US Prime Services business. Before joining Credit Suisse, Mr. Kinderlerer worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he was responsible for the Risk Management and Quantitative Research teams within Goldman Sachs’ fund of funds.

Managing Director, North American Investment Team
Mr. Ellis is a Managing Director and member of the North American Investment Team.
Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Ellis was with The Carlyle Group, where he led private equity, distressed debt and special situations investments across a wide range of industries. Prior to Carlyle, he was with Bayside Capital and ACI Capital. He began his career at Rothschild.
Mr. Ellis holds a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Managing Director, North American Operating Team
Mr. Sander is a Managing Director and member of the North American Operating Team.
Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Sander was a senior operating partner at Ares and BC Partners, and a member of the management team at the Talis Group. Earlier in his career, he was a consultant at Booz & Co and Roland Berger, specializing primarily in private equity value creation and large scale transformation.
Mr. Sander holds a degree in Management from the Leipzig Graduate School of Business and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Managing Director, European Investment Team
Mr. Mignotte is a Managing Director and member of the European Investment team.
Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Mignotte was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, working on the private side of the Bank’s Asset Management division across private credit, hybrid capital and private equity.
Mr. Mignotte holds an MA in Management from ESSEC Business School. He currently serves on the boards of Nordic Paper, APCOA and Vita Global.
Co-Head of European Operating Team
Mr. Marchand is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the European Operating Team.
Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Marchand was at Bain Capital Private Equity, where he was a senior professional in the Portfolio and Operations Group. Prior to Bain Capital, he worked at Bain & Company.
Mr. Marchand holds an MEng in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University.
Managing Director, European Investment Team
Mr. Hemmingsen is a Managing Director and member of the European Investment Team with a focus on real estate.
Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Hemmingsen was at Deutsche Bank, where he was head of CRE Special Situations Europe, a team focused on commercial real estate and distressed debt. Prior to that, Mr. Hemmingsen held various positions at HSBC in real estate finance and investment banking.
He holds a BA in History and Economics from the University of British Columbia and attended Harvard Business School.
Managing Director, European Investment Team
Mr. Fabián is a Managing Director and member of the European Investment Team with a focus on the Iberian market.
Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Fabián was a Director in the Credit Strategies Group at Arcano, where he focused on investments in leveraged loans and high-yield bonds. He was also a member of the Credit Investment Committee. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fabián worked at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Fabián holds a BS in Business Administration from ICADE E-2, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas.
Managing Director, Sourcing
Mr. Braylovskiy is a Managing Director, senior trader and leader of the sourcing team with responsibility for positions in the US and Europe.
Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Braylovskiy worked as an Analyst at FridsonVision.
Mr. Braylovskiy holds a BBA in Finance from Pace University and an MBA in Finance and Statistics from New York University.
Head of Structured Capital
Mr. Himot is a Managing Director and the Global Head of Structured Capital for the Firm. Mr. Himot is also a member of SVP’s Investment Committee.
Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Himot served as Partner and Portfolio Manager at Beach Point Capital Management where he jointly led the illiquid credit business including private senior loans, junior debt and preferred equity investments. Mr. Himot also led the creation of the $1.5 billion KeyBank Beach Point Direct Lending joint venture. Mr. Himot has over 15 years of industry experience having previously worked at Banc of America Securities and as an associate at the law firm of O’Melveny & Myers.
Mr. Himot holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Southern California, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Co-Head of European Investment Team
Mr. Woltery is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the European Investment Team.
Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Woltery worked at Deutsche Bank’s Distressed Products Group, where he was responsible for covering European credits across a number of industries and jurisdictions.
Mr. Woltery holds a Diploma in Banking from the Bank Academy in Aachen/Coburg and an MBA from the Ashridge Management College.
Head of North American Corporate Investment Team
Mr. Geenberg is a Managing Director and oversees the North American Investment Team, with leadership responsibility across the Firm’s investment, restructuring and portfolio operations functions in the region.
Mr. Geenberg leads investment efforts within the Firm’s North American corporate sectors, infrastructure and power & renewables. He has overseen several of SVP’s control transactions in North America, including GenOn, SH-130, PureField Ingredients, OmniMax, IPC and Associated Materials.
Global Head of Sourcing
Mr. Lydon is a Managing Director and Global Head of Sourcing.
Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Lydon was a Managing Director and Co-Head of European and Asian Special Situations at Credit Suisse. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lydon was at Merrill Lynch and Fitch Investment Services.
Mr. Lydon holds a BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from New York University.
Founder and CIO
Over his career, Mr. Khosla has built and managed one of the top proprietary trading businesses at Merrill Lynch, served as President of Cerberus Capital and ran MooreSVP, a JV with Moore Capital.
Mr. Khosla graduated with a Bachelors of Commerce (Honors) degree from Delhi University, an MA in Economics from Vanderbilt University, as well as an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Mr. Khosla is also committed to broadening educational opportunities for the under-privileged, and is actively engaged with the Boys and Girls Club in Greenwich, and on the board of Pratham USA, one of the largest NGOs in India which reaches millions of kids each year.
