Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Slomich was an Executive Director at J.P Morgan Asset Management and responsible for the development, structuring and implementation of alternative investment products. Prior to that, Mr. Slomich was a Vice President at Credit Suisse Asset Management where he conducted legal and operational due diligence for the Alternative Fund Solutions group. Mr. Slomich started his career as an associate in the Private Equity Group of Dewey & LeBouef LLP.
Mr. Slomich holds a BA from Brandeis University and a JD from New York University School of Law. Mr. Slomich is a CAIA Charterholder.

Mr. Rappoport is a Director and Funds Counsel, responsible for overseeing fund formation and operation at the firm.
Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Rappoport practiced in the Private Funds Group of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, and the Investment Management Group of Skadden, Arps, Meagher & Flom LLP.
Mr. Rappoport holds a BA from Cornell University and a JD from the Duke University School of Law.

Mr. Fullam is a Director and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for the firm.
Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Fullam worked at Macquarie Bank where he was an Associate Director. Prior to that, Mr. Fullam was a Compliance Manager at Morgan Stanley in the Credit Sales & Trading division and earlier in his career, an Associate at the National Association of Security Dealers.
Mr. Fullam holds a BS from Fairfield University and a JD from Brooklyn Law School.
Associate General Counsel and Co-Deputy Chief Compliance Officer
Ms. Canavan is a Director, Associate General Counsel and Co-Deputy Chief Compliance Officer with a focus on legal transaction management and regulatory matters for the firm. Ms. Canavan also serves as the SMF16 Head of Compliance for Strategic Value Partners (UK) LLP.
Prior to joining SVP, Ms. Canavan was part of the legal and tax team at Macquire Infrastructure and Real Assets, part of Macquarie Funds Group, in New York City and the Company Secretarial team of Macquarie Group Limited in Sydney, Australia. Ms. Canavan started her career as an Associate at a general practice law firm in Ireland.
Ms. Canavan holds a Bachelor of Laws in Law from the University of Limerick and a Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Law Society of Ireland and was subsequently admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland, England, and Wales and to the New York bar.
Managing Director, Sourcing
Mr. Pereira-Mendoza is a Managing Director and European Head of Sourcing.
Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Pereira-Mendoza was responsible for Leveraged Finance Distribution in EMEA at Credit Suisse. Mr. Pereira-Mendoza has focused on leveraged finance for his entire career in a variety of roles; he held roles at Credit Suisse from 2000 to 2023, having rejoined the bank in 2000 upon its merger with Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette. Prior to Credit Suisse, he started his career at NatWest Markets from 1994-1998.
Mr. Pereira-Mendoza received a BA in Geography from the University of Manchester.
Managing Director, European Investments Team
Mr. Pius is a Managing Director in the Capital Markets team and is responsible for European financing / capital markets activities.
Prior to joining Strategic Value Partners in 2023, Mr. Pius was an investment banker at Barclays in London. Mr. Pius joined Barclays in 2008 and was most recently a Managing Director in the European Leveraged Finance team, where he was focused on the origination of high yield bond and leveraged loan transactions for financial sponsors and sub-investment grade corporates.
Mr. Pius received an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Durham in 2007 and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC) from BPP Law School in 2008.
Director, Risk
Mr. Kaul is a Director and the Firm’s Treasurer. His focus is on the funds’ FX hedging programs, fund financing and counterparty management. Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Kaul spent six years at Credit Suisse in the Equities Division.
Mr. Kaul has both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

Mr. Hu is a Director within the Investor Relations team, focused on business development and developing investor relationships in Japan.
Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Hu worked at AMP Capital Investors. Before this, he was a CFO at one of the largest startups in Japan. Earlier in his career, he worked at Deutsche Bank and Mitsubishi.
Mr. Hu holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.

Mr. Hollyhead is a Director and member of the European Operations Team, focused on enhancing Operational Finance across the EU portfolio.
Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Hollyhead was CFO of a number of Private Equity owned businesses in the Manufacturing, Industrial Services and MedTech sectors. As CFO, Mr. Hollyhead drove business growth through high-quality analysis supporting strategic decision making, instilled a performance and accountability culture and built high-performing Finance functions. He was a member of the management team of PACCOR, which completed a successful sale for Sun Capital in 2018.
Prior to his time as CFO, Mr. Hollyhead worked for ten years within Big 4 accounting firms.
Mr. Hollyhead is a Chartered Accountant and graduated from Sheffield University, where he studied Law.

Prior to joining Strategic Value Partners, Mr. Colby spent nine years at Apollo Global Management. During his tenure at Apollo, Mr. Colby invested across illiquid and liquid credit strategies covering a variety of industries. Mr. Colby began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Leveraged Finance.

Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Antonacci was the Head of Leveraged Finance Sales & Trading at BMO Capital Markets. Prior to this, he was the Head of Loan Sales at Bank of America, where he was responsible for managing the Par Loan, Distressed Debt and CLO Structured Credit sales teams. Mr. Antonacci also previously held leadership positions in Leveraged Finance at J.P. Morgan.

Mr. Wainright-Lee is a Managing Director within the Investor Relations team, focused on developing investor relationships across Europe.
Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Wainright-Lee was at Janus Capital Group, where he was responsible for the UK Institutional Market. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wainright-Lee was an Analyst at BlackRock on the Risk and Quantitative Analysis Team and served as an Analyst at a Private Bank in New York.

Mr. Lavard has also previously served as Vice President of Technology Services and Vice President of Technology at Cerberus Capital Management.

Mr. Shah is a Managing Director and oversees the Management Company, Tax and Corporate Operations Teams. He is responsible for global tax compliance and structuring for the funds, investments and management company.

Before this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of SVP. Earlier in his career, Mr. Schwartz was a Senior Auditor at American Express Tax and Business Services.
Mr. Schwartz holds a BBA with a focus in Accounting from Pace University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

She began her career at UBS.

Mr. Gordon is a retired partner of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he spent 41 years advising clients on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other major transactions, including spin-offs, international restructurings and corporate joint ventures. Mr. Gordon also worked with clients on issues related to corporate finance and domestic and international taxation.
Mr. Gordon served as the Firm’s Hiring Partner and as Managing Partner of Administration and was Head or Co-Head of the Tax Department from 2000 through 2020. Mr. Gordon has been recognized as one of the country’s leading tax practitioners by, among others, Chambers USA, Chambers Global, The Legal 500 US, The Best Lawyers in America and Who’s Who Legal: Corporate Tax. Mr. Gordon was named to The Legal 500 US Hall of Fame in the International Tax and U.S. Taxes: Non-contentious categories.
Mr. Gordon graduated from Cornell University in 1978 with an A.B. cum laude and received a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1981, where he was an Editor of the Harvard Law Review.

Mr. Khosla established SVP in 2001 and has built it into a leading global private credit firm.
He has led the Firm’s transformation from its roots in distressed investing to one with strengths in private debt, event-driven investing, hard assets (real estate, infrastructure, airplanes, power plants) and special situations private equity. He was a pioneer in Europe, setting up an office in London in 2004, and has capitalized on various dislocations; Europe typically accounts for a third to half the SVP portfolio. Today, SVP has operating control (typically majority) of 15 businesses with about 100,000 employees.
Over his career, Mr. Khosla has built and managed one of the top proprietary trading businesses at Merrill Lynch, served as President of Cerberus Capital and run MooreSVP, a JV with Moore Capital.
